BGH is accredited by the Joint Commission and has over 400 employees with 50 medical staff physicians. Services include: digital mammography, CT, MRI, physical therapy, maternity unit, hospice, lab and pharmacy as well as general and orthopedic surgery. COOLIN CIVIC ORGANIZATIONThe purpose of the Coolin Civic Organization is t o provide resources for the maintenance of the historic school building and community park in Coolin, ID. The building is available year-round for community service, social and recreation events. It also serves as the community's disaster relief center should the need arise.

Priest Lake Search and Rescue (PLSAR) is an non-profit organization founded in 2001. The need for a highly skilled and well disciplined search and rescue team was necessary due to the extensive area encompassed by Priest Lake. PLSAR is comprised of all volunteers who receive extensive techinical training in many areas. PLSAR has completed over 45 PRIEST LAKE TRAILS & OUTDOOR RECREATION ASSOCIATIONAssociation focuses on all season trails development & maintenance, and retaining recreational access to public lands. Includes trails projects involving hiking, horseback riding, snowmobiling, mountain biking, hunting, etc. New members welcome. |
